Xavier Aghassian joined Unilabs in January 2021 as Group Finance Director.

He is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of finance leadership experience in a wide array of environments.

He has successfully transformed and strengthened businesses with a focus on profitable growth, successful business development, right-sizing, robust processes and efficient controls.

He has a Master in Management – Major in Finance by the ESCP Europe and a General Management Programme from INSEAD.

He also has executive training in Coaching, Business Co-Pilot and Impact Leadership.
