We are building a DTC Business Unit at global level; our Central Labonline Team’s mission will be to provide Unilabs with the best-in-class digital eCommerce platform and product solutions, empowering consumers in their health and wellbeing journey around the globe.

  • Preparation reports on sales performance actuals.
  • Make recommendation related to performances by analyzing semestrial trends.
  • Preparation analysis of business requirements.
  • Preparation reports on sales performance actuals.
  • Preparation of support documentation for implemented requirements.
  • Preparation of analysis and ad-hoc reports.
  • Providing output of your analysis on-time and correct performance statements for the departments.
  • Ensure timely processing of compensation change requests.
  • Highlight risks and opportunities within the compensation team (performance vs reward level).
  • Cooperate with the Head of Sales Incentive Plan to provide overall valid and analyzed business support to the sales.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to review requirements, design solutions, and deliverables.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Operations teams.
  • Stakeholder management and prioritization skills.



  • Min 3 years as a Data Analyst; experience as project manager or with CRM would be considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with people management – leading team of data analysts or similar role is a big plus.
  • Fluency in English is required (spoken and written) as the working environment is International - communication with stakeholders on daily basis.
  • Organized person with analytical thinking and strong attention to details
  • Able to provide a feasibility study and manage requests from different parties.
  • Advanced level of MS Office; including MS Excel (complex formulas) is required.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge, experience with data visualisation tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI and QlikView).
  • Experience with various databases, APIs, Data language programing is an advantage.
  • Individual with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to define vision and mission for a team and then follow up on it.
