We all know that Content is King, but at Unilabs we like to walk the talk. That’s why we’ve created a Content Factory that provides Content Strategy, Assets, and templates to all our markets to benefit from scalability, consistency and speed up time to market.

All good initiatives need a great captain – so we are looking for a Content Strategist that ensures the end-to-end delivery process of the content creation (Strategy – ideation – creation – approval – delivery) for Unilabs Group and the countries, as well as owning the Digital Asset Management tool associated to it.

A bit about Unilabs: we are one of Europe’s leading suppliers of clinical laboratory testing and medical diagnostic imaging services to private and public healthcare providers, local governments, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and the public.

We operate laboratory and medical diagnostic imaging facilities in 15 countries: Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, KSA, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, and the United Kingdom.

What you´ll do:

  • Lead the Content Factory initiative, defining the group content catalogue and ensuring it´s delivery
  • Manage relation with the pool of external agencies that conform the Content Factory
  • You will be the Product Owner of the Digital Asset Management tool
  • Partner with group business units to define their content strategy and needs
  • Partner with local markets to increase Content Factory adoption and detect potential uncovered content needs
  • Define content creation process, detect potential improvements, and implement them
  • Develop Guidelines and Policies related to Content creation
  • Be the Subject matter expert for Content strategy and creation
  • Champion the Unilabs Care Big culture, values, and behaviours to make sure that the Content Factory work is aligned with Unilabs values

Who you are

  • 5+ years in digital content creation including copywriting, images, and videos for digital channels in agency or corporate
  • 2+ years leading content production organizing teams, prioritizing deliveries and managing multiple requests from different stakeholders
  • Experience as power user or owner of Digital Asset Management tools
  • Structured and organized. You may even have trainings in project management or production management.
  • Detail obsessed. Perfection is your last name.
  • You know how to build partner relations with agencies enabling collaboration across them
  • You are English native or so good in written English that you found at least 10 errors in this job posting
  • You are good in changing environments, embrace change and are willing to learn new things every day
  • You enjoy having fun at work and agree that putting pineapple in pizzas is a crime
  • You have experience in diagnostic, medical, healthcare of pharmaceutical industry
  • You have experience in digital channels management (social media, web)

Language Skills

  • You are English native or so good in written English that you found at least 10 errors in this job posting
  • If you are fluent in Spanish, German or French, you get extra points
