Unilabs is embarking on a multi-year global finance transformation programme, EOS. The program involves three main pillars – Internal Controls, Management Reporting, and ERP. This includes global deployment of CCH Tagetik (Corporate Performance Management finance transformation platform), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to approximately 20 different business units.
You will ultimately manage all aspects of the Finance training curriculum including identifying training needs, compilation of materials, coordination of training sessions for a range of users across all markets (in a phased implementation).
You will work closely with the Change Team, wider Transformation Team, the System Implementation partners and Unilabs’ group & country businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the programme team, business stakeholders, Business Analysts and System Implementation partners to identify and document training needs and user requirements for each market
- Collaborate with leads and subject matter experts to develop end user courseware which integrates materials from the System Implementation partners, Country teams and any relevant program level materials
- This may include course presentations, course outlines, quick reference guides, editing Task Guides/recordings, and other training documentation
- In partnership with Country teams, schedule training sessions and send invitations
- Coordinate translation of materials where needed
- Test any exercises or demonstrations prior to training delivery
- Identify and implement digital training solutions to enable training delivery to be more effective
- Support delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions together with System Implementation partners and provide support and guidance to trainers
- Create and own training repository
- Create training evaluation plan e.g. monitor uptake and seek feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Change Management Team to ensure alignment with overall change and communications effort
- Participate and contribute to relevant horizontal and vertical meetings
- Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date
Skills and Experience
Required
- Experience of D365 or other ERP systems
- Comprehensive experience in a relevant training role within an international organisation
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Experience of working with remote stakeholders
- Hold a passport or visa allowing you to travel across Europe for workshops without restriction
- Fluent in English and at least one of French, Spanish, or Portuguese
