Badhri Srinivasan was appointed Executive Chair of Unilabs in February 2025, and assumed the role of Group CEO in April 2025. Badhri is not new to Unilabs, having been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2022.

Formerly the Head of Global Development Operations at Novartis, Badhri brings with him a deep expertise in life-sciences with over 25 years of experience in global clinical operations.

Prior to Novartis, he was CEO and co-founder of Remarque Systems, a disruptive technology solution company in the life sciences industry, and Senior Vice President and Head Global Data, Safety and Monitoring at Quintiles (now IQVIA).

Badhri sits on the Boards of various companies and is a member of multiple scientific, academic, and executive advisory committees.

Badhri holds an ABD in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a MS in Mathematical Statistics from Bangalore University, India.
