Duncan van Orsouw

Duncan van Orsouw was appointed General Manager for the Netherlands at Unilabs on 1 May 2026.

Duncan is an experienced senior leader with a strong track record of leading transformation and cultural change within healthcare services. He has delivered successful integrations with meaningful business impact, while improving patient, customer and employee engagement.

He brings several years of experience providing strategic advisory support to organisations, focused on growth and transformation. Prior to joining Unilabs, Duncan served as Chair of the Executive Board at PXG Pharma GmbH, where he led a growth strategy, launched a new operating model, expanded the portfolio and strengthened financial performance.

Earlier in his career, Duncan held a number of Managing Director roles at Brocacef Ziekenhuisfarmacie, Mediq and Blockland
