Jourik Hooghe

Jourik Hooghe was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Unilabs in May 2026.

Before joining Unilabs, Jourik served as Group CFO at Swissport International AG, the global leader in aviation ground services. He previously held the role of EVP and Group CFO at Wizz Air Holdings plc and served as a Non‑Executive Director of International Distribution Services plc. Earlier in his career, he led the Strategy, Finance and Accounting team at the Adecco Group.

Jourik began his professional career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 18 years in senior finance leadership roles, including Global Strategy and Regional CFO positions overseeing business units across Europe, Asia and the United States.

A seasoned finance executive, Jourik brings extensive global experience across finance, operations and corporate strategy within business services, infrastructure and consumer industries. He has a proven track record of driving sustainable performance, managing complex stakeholder relationships and building organisational capabilities at global scale.

Jourik holds a Commercial Engineering degree with a major in Business Strategy from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
