About Unilabs
For over three decades, since our founding in Switzerland, Unilabs has been dedicated to supporting healthcare through diagnostic insight, scientific expertise and innovation.
Today, Unilabs is one of the few full‑spectrum diagnostics providers supporting the needs of healthcare professionals across four diagnostic modalities combining Clinical Laboratory Testing, Radiology, Pathology and Genetics.
Our scale allows us to combine local expertise with the strength of a wider network. Working alongside healthcare providers and partners across countries, we help deliver high‑quality diagnostics and meaningful insight where they are needed most.
Because better healthcare is not built in isolation, but through collaboration, shared expertise and trusted partnerships that support informed healthcare decisions and patient care.
From diagnostic insights that support clinical decision-making to the delivery of patient care, we work alongside those shaping health every day. Diagnostics touch nearly every step of the care journey, and we see our role as supporting healthcare professionals with diagnostic insights they can rely on. Whether in a clinic, a hospital or a research lab, we bring precision and partnership to the people who depend on it.
GPs and specialists making critical decisions.
Every diagnosis begins with a question, and we help answer it with confidence. We give clinicians results, clear insight and responsive support to navigate routine testing and complex cases, we're a trusted extension of the care they provide.
Delivering care at scale across complex and evolving systems
Hospitals operate under constant pressure to do more, faster, and without compromise. We partner with healthcare institutions to provide diagnostic services at scale, supporting efficient operations and informed clinical decision-making as their needs evolve.
Organisations (CROs), biotech, medtech and industry partners advancing research and innovation. Progress in medicine depends on collaboration, and we bring the scale, data and expertise to move it forward. We support partners across the research and development journey, from early studies to large multi-site trials, with the quality and rigour their work demands. Together, we help turn discovery into diagnostics that reach patients.
At the heart and start of every patient journey
Behind every test is a person waiting for answers, and we never lose sight of that. We're committed to accurate, timely and accessible diagnostics that help people understand and take charge of their health. Because better-informed decisions support better patient care.
Clinical Laboratory Testing
Laboratory diagnostics provide the foundation for clinical decision‑making. At Unilabs, we deliver accurate, timely and clinically meaningful information and insights that support diagnosis, treatment and monitoring across a wide range of conditions. Supported by one of Europe’s strongest medical networks, our team of more than 500 laboratory doctors, including microbiologists, haematologists, chemists and immunologists, contributes deep subspecialty expertise to support informed clinical decision‑making.
Our ambition
At Unilabs, our ambition is to go beyond delivering diagnostic results alone by providing more meaningful clinical insights.
We are evolving to provide deeper diagnostic insights that support patients, healthcare professionals, and health ecosystems in making well-informed, timely, clinical decisions with confidence.
By combining scientific expertise, advanced technology and a pan‑European network, we transform complex diagnostics into meaningful, actionable insights. From prevention and early detection to treatment guidance and monitoring, we support clinical decision‑making across the patient care pathway.
Our role is to strengthen decision‑making through diagnostic expertise, advanced technologies and collaboration across disciplines. In doing so, we support more informed and personalised healthcare approaches while remaining firmly grounded as a trusted diagnostics partner.
