Unilabs expands in Sweden

Today, Unilabs closed the transaction with Praktikertjänst Röntgen AB, based in Stockholm, Malmo, Uppsala, Västerås and Skåne Sweden.

This meaningfully expands Unilabs’ radiology footprint in Sweden and further establishes the group as a leading imaging provider as well a partner of choice for leading radiology practices and radiology physicians under the public healthcare system. Established in 1968, Praktikertjänst Röntgen are at the top of radiology innovation, with a strong brand and attractive locations in the Swedish market.

The transaction will build on the combined experience of both companies in the market.
